Topically: soothe itchiness, inflammation, dryness, control excessive perspiration, prevent fungal infections, protect minor abrasions from developing infections, assists in slowing the appearance of signs of aging, and enhance circulation.
Catarrh, coughs, expectorant, sore throat, rheumatoid arthritis and muscle pains.
Contraindications:
Do not ingest. Avoid use with hypersensitivity to any of the components of pine needle oil.

Earthy, outdoors, forest. Balsam like.
